We want you (and your pets!) to be happy with every purchase. Because we’re a small business, we handle refunds and exchanges personally to make sure each situation gets the care it deserves.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products (freeze-dried food and pet treats), we’re unable to accept returns once an item has been opened. However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or if you’re not fully satisfied, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your package.

We’ll gladly review your concern and work with you to find a fair solution — whether that’s a replacement, credit, or refund.

  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos

Non-Refundable Items

We can’t offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Opened or partially used products
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or promotional items
